Update Your Details

Have you recently experienced a change at home - a new baby, a partner moving in or out? Please notify us of any change to your contact details or household members so that we can keep our records updated and continue to support all residents appropriately.

It is important to note that you must not allow someone to move in unless you have obtained permission, as there are some circumstances where this will not be possible.

Alternatively, send your Tenancy Services Officer an email or letter clearly stating your address with your updated details and let them know your preferred contact method so they can get back to you with any follow up enquiries.

Reporting a Bereavement

Please also let us know if someone in your household has passed away. We understand that this will be a difficult time for you so please just give our Customer Services Team a call on 0800 833 160 or email sehcustomerservices@seh.southend.gov.uk to let us know that someone named on the tenancy, or another member of the household, has passed away and a member of our Tenancy Services Team will be in touch to talk you through the next steps.
